ReVive Medical Spa

To all of our AMAZING Clients at ReVive Medical Spa:

 

It is with a heavy heart that we share some difficult news. After much thought and consideration, we have made the decision to permanently close our doors as of October 31, 2025. 

Unfortunately, a few months ago we were notified of a legal challenge from another medical spa located 2.5 hours away from us, which sought to claim trademark infringement based on the similarity of our names. We were unaware of this other Medical Spa’s existence until the recent letter from their lawyer and even though we’ve been operating under our name since 2021 and they trademarked a similar name in 2024, the law is on their side. It is not typical to trademark a business name, but when someone chooses to do so they have the upper hand. We are unable to handle the costs of a legal battle or a full re-brand. We are certainly disappointed that they feel we are their competition at such a distance from each other, but our hands are tied. It's tough out there for the small businesses!

We understand this news may be unexpected, and we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for the trust you’ve placed in us over the years. We can’t thank each and every one of you enough for the support you’ve given us as we became business owners for the first time and began this adventure, your trust and support in us truly has meant the world. 

While our spa will be closing, we are pleased to let you know that we hope to continue to treat you at Beauty Mark Aesthetics in Dover, NH. Beauty Mark Aesthetics is owned by Jen Howard, she is a CRNA and has worked closely with us over the years and even provided us with many of our trainings when we brought on new services! We are so grateful for her support, knowledge and for welcoming us and our clients into her space! What we gain with Jen is invaluable as she brings a wealth of knowledge, years of experience and significantly more services including Cool Peel/ CO2 laser, IV infusion therapy, Platelet- Rich Fibrin, Hydrafacial, Sculptra, Subnovi and Medical Grade Skin Care with ZO line of products. Beauty Mark Aesthetics also employs an aesthetician, Iona, who can offer even more services that are not listed here. Check their website for more info and reach out to us with questions!

Courntey has already started working with Jen while we wrap up at ReVive (don’t worry, you can still see her in York at ReVive for now!) and Mallory will be available by appointment only beginning in November at Beauty Mark. 

If you have any remaining gift cards, treatments, or packages, they will be honored until October 31st, so we encourage you to use them before then. For specifics regarding packages that you have purchased, we will communicate with you personally.If you already have an appointment scheduled and it’s prior to 10/31/2025, don’t worry, that’s not changing! And we'd love to see as many of you as we can before we close! If you are scheduled for an appointment after our closing date, it will be cancelled.
